Cancellation Policy
For SaaS Platforms:
You may cancel your subscription to any Webtirety software or service at any time via your account dashboard.
🔹 Key Points:
- Cancellation stops future billing but does not grant automatic refunds unless within the eligible refund period (see Refund Policy).
- Access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
- After cancellation, your account data will be retained for a limited time (up to 30 days), after which it may be permanently deleted unless otherwise requested.
🔹 How to Cancel:
- Login to your Webtirety account.
- Navigate to Settings/Billing or My Plan.
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm your action.
You can also email us at support@webtirety.com if you face any issues while cancelling.
For Project-Based Services:
To cancel a web development or digital marketing project, clients must notify us in writing. The following rules apply:
- If canceled before work begins, a full refund may be issued.
- If canceled mid-project, partial charges will apply based on work completed.
- Once a website or digital campaign has been fully delivered, cancellations are not accepted.
