Welcome to Webtirety. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Webtirety software platforms, websites, and services including Nexus, AeroPOS, RestroFlow, and other associated products (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

🔹 1. Use of Services

…These Terms apply to all Webtirety offerings, including:

• Cloud-based SaaS platforms (like Nexus, AeroPOS, RestroFlow)
• Custom web development
• WordPress and WooCommerce solutions
• SEO, performance optimization, and full-scale digital marketing services

You must be at least 18 years old to use Webtirety Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🔹 2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

🔹 3. Free Trials & Subscriptions

Webtirety may offer a 15-day free trial for selected products. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged.

🔹 4. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to keep it updated.

For one-time services such as website development or digital marketing campaigns, clients will receive an invoice with defined scope and milestones. Work begins once payment terms are fulfilled as agreed.

Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your account.

🔹 5. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time (see Cancellation Policy). Webtirety reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or misuse of Services.

Project-based services (e.g., web development, SEO) are subject to cancellation clauses as defined in the project agreement. SaaS product users may cancel via dashboard or written notice. See Cancellation Policy for details.

🔹 6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, and trademarks are the property of Webtirety or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Custom websites and marketing materials created for clients may be licensed or transferred as outlined in the individual service contract.

🔹 7. Limitation of Liability

Webtirety is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

🔹 8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes implies acceptance.
