biohacking
is $12 dollars a day! She was recently recognized by the ‘Rejuvenation Olympics’ for achieving an aging rate that was far slower than an average person. The Dunedin PACE blood test measured Clark’s pace of aging at approximately 0.66, which indicates that she ages around 34% slower than an average human being. She secured the second position worldwide in the

in 2023. According to a report by Business Insider, Clark has outperformed high-profile figures like tech entrepreneur Bryan Johnson
Clark has been a longtime advocate of biohacking, even before it became a thing. It was through her father a NASA astronaut, that Clark learned that the body delivers peak performance with regular training and the right nutrition. She developed an interest in optimizing her healthspan and is now aiming to slow down aging and improve her overall health, along with getting stronger, slimmer, and less stressed.
In the last 25 years, Clark has been working on her own longevity strategy. It began in her early 30s with a few supplements and home-cooked meals to manage her acid reflux. After noticing the changes in her body, she quit drinking and also stopped taking her antidepressant.
Clark’s routine to slow aging
Clark is of the opinion that you do not have to invest in expensive procedures or gadgets to achieve slow aging, rather stick to affordable diet and workout hacks. She begins her day with daily prayers and meditation. The 7 am gym workout session is non-negotiable, and later she treats herself to a hot sauna and a cold shower.
Clark religiously follows a clean diet. She incorporates leafy greens into her diet. During the summers, she blanches two bags of spinach and sets them aside to add to meals. In the winter, she uses them for mid-morning green lattes. Experts stated that adding two servings of green in your diet every day promotes and preserves brain health, as you age.
Clarks ensure to have a pound of vegetables every day. She also gets her daily dose of protein in the diet.
Another hack that Clark found to reverse aging is having organic vegetables in her diet, including purple carrots, sweet potatoes, and celery. She gets her proteins like chicken, eggs, or meat from local farmers.
Clark also includes NAD+ boosting supplements, Vitamin D3, K2, Magnesium, a Vitamin B complex, and Omega-3 supplements in her routine.
