Most Webtirety software products, including Nexus, AeroPOS, and RestroFlow, come with a 15-day free trial. This allows you to evaluate the platform before making a purchase. We strongly recommend using the trial to ensure the software meets your needs.
🔹 2. Refund Eligibility
We offer limited refunds under the following conditions:
- You have purchased a paid plan without using the trial.
- You have experienced technical issues or service disruptions that were not resolved by our support team.
- You request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Your reason for a refund is deemed valid by our team (e.g., duplicate payment, platform access failure).
🔹 3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the software or utilize features.
- Issues due to unsupported systems or devices.
- After the 7-day refund window has passed.
- Purchases made after the free trial period without cancellation.

🔹 6. Lifetime Plans
Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable, except in cases of accidental duplicate transactions or proven access failure due to our system error.

If you purchased through a third-party platform (e.g., payment gateway, app store), refunds are subject to their respective policies.

For digital downloadable products, we can’t offer any return and refund after your purchase, Return and refund policy doesn’t applicable to any intangible products.
For Web Development & Digital Marketing Services:
Refunds for custom development or marketing services are handled on a case-by-case basis. We offer partial or full refunds only when:
- Work has not begun.
- A client cancels before the agreed-upon project start date.
- Deliverables fall significantly short of documented agreement, despite reasonable attempts to resolve.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after significant progress or delivery.
- Delays due to client-side issues (e.g., delayed feedback, missing assets).
- SEO or ad campaign results not meeting subjective expectations (SEO results are long-term and not guaranteed).
