Dedicate 2 minutes every day for 30 days continuously to see the result

Be it physical or mental, any form of exercise requires consistency. Only when you are consistent the result shows up within the desired time limit. Here are a few exercises that will only take 2 minutes but, when done regularly can have a powerful effect on cognitive health.

Take slow, deep breaths for 4 minutes. Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, and exhale for 4 counts. Focus solely on your breath to clear distractions and improve focus.
