– Ab crunch machine/cable: 4 sets of 10 reps (drop sets for more burn).
– Leg raises: four sets of ten repetitions (modifications include bent knees).
– Weighted crunches: four sets until failure.
Standing leg raises: Focus on form for optimal results.
