Cancellation Policy

For SaaS Platforms:

You may cancel your subscription to any Webtirety software or service at any time via your account dashboard.

🔹 Key Points:

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not grant automatic refunds unless within the eligible refund period (see Refund Policy).
  • Access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • After cancellation, your account data will be retained for a limited time (up to 30 days), after which it may be permanently deleted unless otherwise requested.

🔹 How to Cancel:

  1. Login to your Webtirety account.
  2. Navigate to Settings/Billing or My Plan.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm your action.

For Project-Based Services:

To cancel a web development or digital marketing project, clients must notify us in writing. The following rules apply:

  • If canceled before work begins, a full refund may be issued.
  • If canceled mid-project, partial charges will apply based on work completed.
  • Once a website or digital campaign has been fully delivered, cancellations are not accepted.
