Brain teasers are not only enjoyable but are also an excellent exercise for the brain. They help you view things from another perspective, activate creative thinking, and sometimes unveil what is invisible on the first sight. If you like to solve riddles or find something that hides in the image, you’ll realize how nice it feels to have cracked the very difficult puzzle.
This is a
brain teaser
of an apparently normal picture of a family with an interesting twist. The picture captures four children-two boys and two girls-seated around the table, each holding a slice of pizza and enjoying a meal. The whole scene appears to be quite ordinary, but on closer look, something goes wrong.
Here is the mystery: The whole pizza is in front of them, but four slices are missing from it. How could that be? They have four kids, and each of the kids had a slice. Therefore, aren’t four slices supposed to be missing from that whole pizza?
That makes one wonder what is obvious. Maybe there’s some clue within the picture. Some piece of cake, hidden so well by the children. Or maybe something much deeper could explain it in ways far beyond common sense.
It is such kinds of puzzles that play tricks on our minds, making us question assumptions without missing all the details that otherwise might have gone unnoticed. In many instances, our brains automatically fill gaps so that this actually causes us to miss the obvious.
Take a closer look at the picture, but this time focus on the pizza and slices. Does it happen that one child is not holding a slice? Or maybe there is another explanation to solve the mystery?
Good with a brain teaser is that it will make one view things from an angle they would never see in their lifetime. Well, think you can solve this or just let it leave you scratching your head? Let’s test your mental sharpness!
