Ballon d’Or 2024 Ceremony Live, Latest News Today: The 68th Ballon d’Or award ceremony will be presented on Monday night at the Theatre du Chatelet in Paris.
The ceremony will celebrate the best from a line-up of 30 men and women players for their achievements during the 2023-24 season. In a 21-year first, record eight-time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi and five-time recipient Cristiano Ronaldo have not made the 30-man shortlist. While Messi won his eighth Ballon d’Or last year, Ronaldo’s fifth triumph came in 2017.
Manchester City’s Rodri and Real Madrid’s Vinicius Jr are leading the race for a maiden Ballon d’Or triumph for their respective 2023-24 campaigns.
